Purchase and Package details
How can I participate in the QVI Vacay Programme?

To participate in the QVI Vacay programme, you must be a registered Independent Representative (IR) or Independent Distributor of QNET. Simply purchase any of the QVI Vacay packages available in the QNET eStore and you will be automatically registered as a QVI Vacay member.

What does a QVI Vacay package include?

Every QVI Vacay package purchased from the QNET eStore includes the following:

  • Unlimited virtual access to QVI Vacay online travel portal https://qvivacay.com/, depending on a package’s validity period, which may range from 3 to 5 years.
  • Redeemable Nights (3, 7, or 10) at selected accommodations worldwide with a validity of 12 months or 18 months from the date of purchase based on the package.
  • Vacay VIP Tier Discount, ranging from 3% - 7% depending on the package.
  • Vacay Points are earned from every dollar spent on a reservation and would at a certain level, automatically qualify you for a VIP Tier Upgrade.
What will I receive with my purchase of a QVI Vacay package from the QNET eStore?

You will receive a welcome email with your login credentials to the QVI Vacay website. The credentials will include your IR ID and a temporary password. You will also receive an eCertificate which will provide you with the details of your purchase. The eCertificate is also stored in your Virtual Office (VO) for future reference or retrieval.

What to do if I do not receive anything after the purchase is completed?

If you do not receive anything within 30 minutes to one (1) hour after your purchase is completed, check your junk email folder, and verify your email address in your QNET virtual office to ensure your email address is correct. If all is in order and you still do not receive the eWelcome letter, you can contact the Vacay Customer Service Team and your eWelcome letter with the login credentials will be forwarded to your registered email address with QNET.

Does the validity of Vacay nights differ from Vacay Deals access validity?

Yes, the validity of the access to www.qvivavay.com range from 3 to 5 years. The validity of Vacay nights is 12 months up to 18 months depending on the package purchased.

Do I have to change my temporary password in eWelcome letter?

We strongly recommend that you change the temporary password provided. To change your password:

  • Simply log in to your account at https://qvivacay.com/. Click on My Account and then Dashboard – My Profile.
  • Create a new memorable password and then click on Update profile.
Can I cancel and get a refund for the QVI Vacay package purchased from the eStore?

Any unused QVI Vacay package purchased from the QNET eStore can be cancelled and refunded within QNET’s refund policy. Please refer to the QNET purchase agreement and product refund policy during your purchase process. Refund request is subject to the Terms and Conditions stipulated in the Purchase Agreement of QNET. All refund and claims requests must be sent directly to QNET Global Support at global.support@QNET.net. There shall be no refund if the package is partially or fully utilised.

What is Vacay VIP Tier?

The Vacay VIP Tier is the applicable VIP discount tier that ranges from 3% to 7% depending on the package purchased.

  • Starter package VIP discount is from 3% to 5%
  • Discoverer package VIP discount is from 3% to 6%
  • Adventurer package VIP discount is from 3% to 7%
What if I do not renew my Vacay account?

Your account will be automatically deactivated after the account expiration date. Once your account is deactivated, any balance of unused credit in your Vacay Wallet will be forfeited. To regain your access, you will have to purchase a new Vacay package from the QNET eStore. Your VIP discount tier will also restart from 3%.

Vacay Nights
What are Vacay Nights?

Vacay Nights are redeemable nights at selected accommodations worldwide that allow Vacay members to place a reservation for themselves or their loved ones. The number of nights redeemable varies from 3 to 10 nights based on the package purchased. The redeemable nights can be split into 3, 4 or 7 nights.

The following Vacay Fees will be applicable when confirming the Vacay Nights:

  • 3 Nights = $78
  • 4 Nights = $78
  • 7 Nights = $156
  • 10 Nights = $234
How do I use my Vacay Nights?
  • To use Vacay Nights, log in to www.qvivacay.com. Once you have logged in to your account, click on the checkbox – (Redeem By nights).
  • Type your preferred city name, travel date, number of pax, and nationality or residency of the travellers in the search bar.
  • Once you have provided your check-in date, the system will auto-calculate the check-out date based on the number of nights you have. If your package allows more than 3 nights, you will need to enter the check-out date.
  • From the search result, you can select a hotel and the room type available, then proceed to check out. Always review the booking details and Terms and Conditions on the checkout page. Provide guest name if you are not travelling.
  • You can pay the required amount of the Vacay Fee using your credit card.
  • Once the payment is successful, a confirmation voucher will be sent to your registered email and a copy will also be available in your Vacay account – under “My Reservation”.
Can I cancel my redeemed nights after the reservation is confirmed on the platform?

Vacay Nights redeemed are Non-Refundable. Once cancelled, the number of nights used will be forfeited and the Vacay Fees paid will be refunded subject to approval.

What is Vacay Premium Booking Fee?

Vacay Premium Booking Fee is additional to Vacay Fees. It may be required in cases such as (but not limited to) booking for specific travel dates/destinations, peak season travel periods, room/unit upgrade requests etc. This fee is only applicable should the member choose to proceed with the booking made via Vacay Nights.

Vacay Deal
What are Vacay Deals?

Vacay Deals are within www.qvivacay.com. Vacay Deals offer you a range of hotels with Special Rates and additional Vacay VIP Discounts ranging from 3% to 7%.

How to increase my VIP Discount rate?

Levelling up your VIP Discount will be based on your accumulated points as illustrated below:

  • A 3% VIP Discount is immediately applicable on your first booking.
  • For every USD 1 spent from your consumed booking, you get 1 Vacay point.
  • The VIP Tier levels up as you earn more Vacay Points from consumed bookings within the product validity period.
  • In case of cancellation with a refund, Vacay members would be refunded as per the net off discount.
  • Vacay members can introduce Vacay Deals to unlimited Referrals. A Referral’s account enjoys unlimited bookings at a special rate for 6 months only, excluding VIP Discounts.
  • The points generated from the consumed Referral booking will be added to the Vacay member’s account, which helps accumulate more points and be eligible for the Tier upgrade.
Payments
What is Vacay Wallet?

Vacay Wallet is one of Vacay’s payment options and a repository for Vacay Credits that can be used to confirm a reservation.

Can I book for anyone with my Vacay Deal account?

Yes, you can book for anyone you wish, including your friends, family members and/or business. You can book through your Vacay Deal account and place reservation(s) on their behalf.

QVI Vacay will not be responsible for any misuse of your qvivacay account.

How many coupons can I use per reservation?

You can only use 1 Coupon per reservation for the reservation cost of above USD200.

What is the value of each coupon?

Each package comes with a certain number of coupons; each coupon is worth USD 5 and can be used to deduct a certain amount from the reservation price.

What are the payment methods available when booking through QVI Vacay?

You can pay using any recognised credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express and UnionPay). Alternatively, you can use your Vacay Wallet to complete your reservation(s).

Can I use eCard to make payment for booking?

Yes, you can use eCard for payment; however, you will need to convert your eCard to Vacay Credit thru QNET virtual office. Then you can place a reservation(s) and pay using Vacay Wallet.

Are there any additional charges on my reservation on the Vacay Deal platform when I book through the qvivacay.com website?

Taxes and reservation fees are included in the price of your reservation. However, resort fees, hotel parking and incidental charges, if any, will be collected by the hotel/resort directly at the point of check-in. In some destinations, you and/or your guest(s) may be asked to pay additional taxes or surcharges imposed by the local government of the city. These charges may or may not be made known during the point of reservation on the qvivacay.com website. We strongly encourage you to read each reservation’s T&C.

How can I view or manage my reservation(s)?

All reservations made on the www.qvivacay.com website will be stored in your account, under “My Dashboard”, and then “my bookings”.

Cancellation and Rebooking
Can I cancel the booking I made in Vacay Deal?

Booking cancellations in Vacay Deals are governed by a booking cancellation policy. We highly recommend you read every booking’s Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy before confirming any reservation(s).

What if I would like to change my reservation?

All reservations confirmed on the qvivacay.com website cannot be changed or modified. However, it may be cancelled, subject to the Cancellation Terms and Conditions imposed by the relevant Merchant and Hotel for the reservation which you intend to cancel. We advise you to read the Cancellation Policy before confirming any reservation(s).

How can I cancel my reservation(s)? Do I have to pay any cancellation fees?

All cancellations must be done online by simply logging into the qvivacay website. Click on the account dashboard and select “View Reservation”, then click on “Cancel” below the reservation page you intend to cancel. Cancelled reservation(s) may incur a cancellation fee in part or full. Once an existing reservation is cancelled, it cannot be reinstated. Please be informed that a 3.5% admin fee will be applied to the refunded amount.

Will I get a refund for the cancellation of my reservation(s)?

Subject to the Cancellation Policy stipulated for the reservation you intend to cancel, should there be any balance left after the deduction of the cancellation and processing charges/fee, it shall be refunded to your mode of payment. If you pay using a credit card or Vacay Wallet, then it will be refunded to your credit card or Vacay Wallet respectively.

In the event of a system failure or error in the reservation made on the Vacay platform, the affected itinerary will be cancelled immediately and the amount paid will be refunded.
You will be notified and updated via your registered email. If you wish to book the same or a different itinerary, please try again on the Vacay platform. Vacay shall not be liable for any incidental and/or consequential loss you may incur.

General
What are Vacay Rewards?

Vacay Rewards are a minimum of 1% year-end bonus that is rewarded to active Vacay members who have personal and/or Referral Consumed Bookings within the calendar year and whose account remains active until 31 January of the following year. The bonus amount will be based on the Consumed Bookings in the account and by the referral account. For example, if an IR purchases a “QVI Vacay Starter” package in Oct 2022 and has Consumed Booking in Dec 2022, he/she will be eligible for a bonus payout in Jan 2023. If the Vacay account expires, unused rewards will be forfeited. All Vacay Rewards are issued in USD and will be deposited as Vacay Credit in the member’s Vacay Wallet. The Vacay Rewards can be used for future bookings. No encashment is allowed.

Vacay Referral
What is Vacay Referral?

A Vacay Referral is a retail customer who has been referred by a Vacay member.

Will my referral account expire?

Yes, it will expire in 6 months from the date of registration.

What benefit will I enjoy as a Preferred Customer?

As a Preferred Customer, you will enjoy a special rate provided by the qvivacay.com platform.

What will I earn from my referral?

As a Vacay member, your referral total booking will be calculated for the year-end bonus reward. In addition, any Consumed Booking by your referral will be added to your accumulated Vacay Points.

Best Price Guarantee
Best Price Guarantee Claim

QVI Vacay offers the "Best Price Guarantee" for your stay. If you find a lower rate for the same room, dates, and conditions on another website after booking with us, we'll credit the price difference to your Vacay Wallet in Vacay Credits. To take advantage of our "Best Price Guarantee", simply submit the following details outlined below:

  • Username or ID*
  • Reservation ID
  • Competitor price in USD, inclusive of tax
  • Competitor cancellation policy
  • Competitor Room Type and Inclusion
  • Competitor website full URL
  • Attach a screenshot from the competitor’s website for the above required details.

The Best Price Guarantee Terms & Conditions

  1. The Best Price Guarantee will entitle you to a claim of 110% of the price difference between the price we offered and any lower price you may find in the market subject to these terms and conditions.
  2. The price guarantee claim is to be submitted within 24 hours after booking. Email help@myqvi.com with the above required details and supporting documents. Any late submission may be dismissed and not considered for the Best Price Guarantee claim. Any appeal may not be entertained.
  3. The Best Price Guarantee applies only to identical bookings including, room type, cancellation policy, number of occupancies, inclusion (add-ons), check-in and check-out date, hotel location and travelling period.
  4. The Best Price Guarantee claim applies only to the final price after the VIP tier and coupon discount have been deducted. For example, Hotel A's room price is USD 210, and for the booking made on QVI Vacay the final price is USD 198.70 after deducting a VIP tier discount of USD 6.30 and a coupon discount of USD 5.
  5. The competitor price must be available to the public online. Prices offered on a specific membership program websites, corporate discounts or prices, military prices, group, charter, rewards program, incentive, meeting, convention, consolidator or interline prices, prices obtained via auction or similar process, or prices available only by using a coupon or other promotion discounted prices are disqualified as a competitor price. The price must be quoted, booked, and paid for in US dollars.
  6. Limit: Each member account can only make a maximum of three (3) Best Price Guarantee claims per calendar month, regardless of how many members are using the account.
  7. Any modifications, changes or cancellations made to an existing booking that has an associated Best Price Guarantee claim will result in the nullification of the claim.
  8. The Best Price Guarantee cannot be applied in cases where errors or incomplete information have been entered by the customer under the conditions specified herein.
  9. Changes: We reserve the right in our sole discretion to modify or discontinue the Best Price Guarantee or to restrict its availability to any person, at any time, for any or no reason, and without prior notice or liability to you. The terms that are in effect at the time of your claim will determine your eligibility under the Best Price Guarantee. The failure to enforce any provision of these Best Price Guarantee terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
  10. To qualify for Best Price Guarantee, the booking must be at least 7 days before the check-in date.
  11. Once the price guarantee claim is approved, the 110% of price differences will be credited to the Vacay Wallet within 14 working days as Vacay Credits. For instance, if the QVI Vacay room's price is $1600 (after applying the VIP tier and coupon discount) and the other OTA room’s price is $1400, 110% of the price difference, totalling $220, will be promptly credited to your Vacay Wallet as Vacay Credits.
  12. The credited Vacay Credits are valid for one year, and their usage is contingent on the account's validity.
