How can I become a Vacay User?

To become a Vacay User, just simply purchase any Vacay product we offer.

What is the next step after I purchase QVI Vacay?

You will receive an e-Welcome letter in your registered email address with your login credentials to the QVI Vacay website. The credentials will include your IR ID and a temporary password. You will also receive an e-Certificate which will provide you with the details of your purchase. The e-Certificate is also stored in your Virtual Office (VO) for future reference or retrieval.

What is the difference between Vacay Basic and Vacay Regular?

With Vacay Basic, your Vacay Nights can only be used in any QVI Home Resorts worldwide. However, with Vacay Regular, your Vacay Nights can be also used in other destinations than QVI Home Resorts.

What happens if I do not renew my Vacay account?

Your account will be automatically deactivated after the expiration date. Once your account is deactivated, any balance of unused credits in your Vacay Wallet will be forfeited. To regain access, you will need to purchase a new Vacay package. Note that with the purchase of a new package, your VIP status will automatically be set to Tier 3 (VIP 3% discount).

Does the validity of Vacay Nights differ from Vacay Deals' validity?

Yes, the validity of Vacay Nights does differ from Vacay Deals validity. Please refer to the product details.

Can I cancel my redeemed nights after the reservation is confirmed on the platform?

If you cancel after the reservation is confirmed, your Vacay Nights will be forfeited, but the Vacay Fees paid will be refunded, subject to approval.

How can I get more VIP discounts on the Vacay package I have purchased?

You can unlock more VIP discounts by increasing your bookings. The more you book, based on your chosen Vacay package, the more Vacay points you will earn, which gives you the opportunity to enjoy additional savings! See the table below for examples. Can I book for anyone with my Vacay Deals?

Yes, you can book for anyone, including friends, family, or business. Just use your QVI Vacay account to make reservations on their behalf. Please note, that QVI Vacay is not responsible for any misuse of your account.

How many Vacay coupons can I use per reservation?

You can only use 1 Coupon per reservation if the cost of the reservation is above USD 200. Please note that each coupon is worth USD 5 and can be applied as a discount on the reservation price.

How can I pay for a QVI Vacay reservation?

You can pay via Crypto, e-Card or any recognised credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express and UnionPay). Alternatively, you can also use your Vacay Wallet to complete your reservation(s). To use your e-Card, you will need to convert it to Vacay Credits in the Virtual Office, after which the conversion will be credited to your Vacay Wallet.

Do I need to pay additional charges upon check-in?

The reservation price includes taxes and fees, but resort fees, parking, and other extras must be paid at check-in. Additional local taxes or fees may apply. Please check the Terms and Conditions of each reservation for details.

What if I would like to change my reservation?

All reservations confirmed on www.qvivacay.com cannot be changed or modified.

Can I cancel the booking I made with Vacay Deals?

Booking cancellations for bookings made with Vacay Deals follow a specific cancellation policy. Please read the Terms & Conditions and the cancellation policy for each booking before confirming your reservation.

How can I cancel my reservation(s)? Do I have to pay any cancellation fees?

All cancellations must be done online by simply logging into your Vacay account via  www.qvivacay.com.

  • Click on the account Dashboard.
  • Select “View Reservation”.
  • Click on “Cancel” below the reservation page you intend to cancel.

Cancelled reservation(s) may incur a cancellation fee in part or full. Once an existing reservation is cancelled, it cannot be reinstated.

Will I get a refund for the cancellation of my reservation(s)?

If you cancel a reservation, the remaining balance after deducting fees (cancellation, processing fees and a 3.5% admin fee) will be refunded to your original payment method. Please check the cancellation policy for details.

If a system error or failure occurs, your reservation will be canceled, and your payment will be refunded. You will receive an email notification. To rebook, please visit www.qvivacay.com and try again.

Please note that any potential loss or difference in refunded amounts may arise due to currency exchange rates, which are beyond our control.

Will my Referral account expire?

Yes, it will expire in 6 months from the date of registration.

What benefit will I enjoy as a Referral?

As a Referral, you will enjoy a special rate when you book via www.qvivacay.com.

What will I earn from my Referral?

As a Vacay member, your Referral’s total bookings will be calculated for the year-end bonus reward. In addition, any Consumed Booking by your Referral will be added to your accumulated Vacay Points.

QVI Vacay offers the Best Price Guarantee* for your stay. If you find a lower rate for the same room, dates, and conditions on another website after booking with us, we’ll credit the price difference to your Vacay Wallet in Vacay Credits. To take advantage of our “Best Price Guarantee”, simply submit the following details outlined below to help@myqvi.com:

  • Username or ID.
  • Reservation ID.
  • Competitor price in USD, inclusive of tax.
  • Competitor cancellation policy.
  • Competitor room type and inclusion.
  • Competitor website full URL.
  • Attach a screenshot from the competitor’s website for the above-required details.
