What is a Split Week?

Split Week allows you to break a week of entitlement into two (2) stays – three (3) nights or four (4) nights.

What is a Guest Certificate?

Guest Certificate allows you to share your entitlement with your friends or family. However, the Guest Certificate Fee is waived for the following category of travellers: parents, spouse, and your kids, upon submission of supporting documents.

What is a Premium Booking Fee?

A Premium Booking Fee is a fee that may be required in particular cases such as (but not limited to) booking requests for specific travel dates/destinations, peak season travel periods, room/unit upgrade requests, etc.

How do I make a booking as a QVI Club member?

To make a booking, you can either call our Customer Care at +603 8605 3383 (International Line), email us at help@myqvi.com or submit a booking request form. Make sure to provide the following information:

  • Your full name and IR ID.
  • Your preferred travel dates.
  • Your choice of resort(s) [we advise you to pick at least 2 choices in case of non-availability on your chosen dates].
  • Number of travelers [Adults & Children (with ages)].
  • Your contact number.

What does my hotel booking include?

QVI Club offers only accommodation and does not provide other travel services or meals.

Why do I have to plan my vacation 45 days in advance?

For a higher chance of securing room availability, we recommend that you submit your booking request at least 45 days in advance.

Why do hotels have availability for the public when QVI says it's fully booked?

QVI works with hotels through various arrangements and under different terms. Availability depends on these arrangements and terms, which means our allocation may be fully booked even if the hotel has rooms available for public booking.

Does QVI apply for travel visas on our behalf?

No, QVI members are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents, including visas.

Are pets allowed?

Most QVI affiliate hotels have a no-pet policy. However, we recommend checking directly with the hotel, as policies may vary.

Can I cancel my reservation?

It’s perfectly fine to change your plans! However, we recommend checking the cancellation policy of your selected resort before proceeding. If you need assistance, feel free to give us a call at +603 8605 3383 (International Line)—we’re here to help!

What is QVI Club Week Entitlements?

QVI Club Week Entitlements are the number of weeks a member can use throughout their membership’s validity period. Week entitlements can only be used at any QVI Club Home Resort, Seasonal Collection or Worldwide Selection destinations.

What is the Usage Fee?

The Usage Fee of USD 200 is a fee to activate your QVI Club week entitlements.

When do I need to pay my Usage Fee?

The Usage Fee must be paid to activate your Week Entitlement before your travel date. Alternatively, you can pay before 31st December to save your Week Entitlement.

For example, if you purchase a QVI Club Bronze membership on the 17th of February, 2024, your Week Entitlements and Week Entitlement Active Period will be as follows:

Once the Usage Fee is paid, you can start traveling any day during the Week Entitlement active period.

Note: If you purchased a QVI Club membership between October and December (e.g., October 1, 2024), and you do not plan to travel within 2024, your first year (first Week Entitlement) will start on 1st of January, 2025.

If I am unable to travel during a year, do I still have to pay the Usage Fee?

If you do not plan to travel, you can choose to save your Week Entitlement by paying the Usage Fee before 31st December.

What will happen if I don’t pay the Usage Fee by the 31st of December?

Your Week Entitlement for that year will be forfeited.

Can I use my week entitlements all at once?

No. However, you can use up to 2 weeks at a time with your Club Membership. For further clarification, kindly call our Customer Care line at +603 8605 3383 (International Line) or email us at help@myqvi.com.

What is an Annual Fee?

An Annual Fee is a fee payable to keep your QVI Club Classic membership active.

When do I need to pay the Annual Fee?

The Annual Fee is payable from the second year of your membership. It must be paid within 90 days of your membership anniversary date. Lump-sum payment of the Annual Fee is not allowed.

For example, if you purchase a QVI Club Classic membership on the 17th of February, 2024, your 90 days grace period(s) will be as follows:
