  • Annual Fee
    • An Annual Fee of USD40 applies from year two(2) onwards. This fee must be paid within 90 days from the anniversary date to ensure your account remains active.
    • Failure to comply can lead to the membership being deactivated.
    • Payment of the Annual Fee as a lump sum is not allowed.

  • Usage Fee
    A fee payable by the member in order to activate one week of entitlement.

  • Club Booking Fee

    Applicable to Worldwide Selection properties. This fee is waived for Home Resorts and Seasonal Collection.

    Note: a Premium Booking Fee may be required in particular cases such as (but not limited to) booking requests for specific travel dates/destinations, peak season travel periods, room/unit upgrade requests etc. This fee is only applicable should the member choose to proceed with the booking.

  • Split Week Booking Fee
    Split Week refers to the option where a member chooses to split his/her entitlement into two (2) separate bookings.

    This fee is applicable, per booking, to Worldwide Selection properties.

  • Cancellation Fee

    Applicable to members' confirmed booking(s) at Home Resorts & Seasonal Collection properties if cancellation is made less than thirty (30) days prior to check-in date.

    Important: If the cancellation is made less than seven (7) days prior to check-in date, the week entitlement will be forfeited and the fee will not apply.

  • Guest Certificate Fee
    Applicable only if the member chooses to gift his entitlement to another person. Guest Certificate Fee is waived for member's parents, spouse, and children. Supporting documents may be required for verification purposes.

  • Membership Card Replacement Fee
    A fee charged to replace the membership card if the original is misplaced by the member.

  • Transfer of Ownership Fee
    Applicable if a member wishes to transfer his membership to another individual.

Why do I have to plan my vacation 45 days in advance?

For a higher chance of securing room availability, we recommend that you submit your booking request at least 45 days in advance.

When do I need to pay the Usage Fee?

The Usage Fee is charged per week per unit and must be paid by 31st December of each entitled year. If Usage Fee is not paid by the stipulated deadline, your week entitlement will be forfeited.

What does my hotel booking include?

QVI Club offers only accommodation and does not provide other travel services or meals.

Why do hotels have availability for general public when I have been informed that the QVI allocation is fully booked?

Just like any other hotel affiliate, QVI Club is allotted a specific number of rooms by hotels. At times our allocated rooms get fully booked during a specific period while the hotel may still have availability.

How many weeks of my entitlement can I enjoy at a time?

You can travel up to 2 weeks at a time with your Bronze, Silver or Gold club membership.
