Disclaimer: A Premium Booking Fee may be required in particular cases such as (but not limited to) booking requests for specific travel dates/destinations, peak season travel periods, room/unit upgrade requests etc.
This fee is only applicable should the traveller choose to proceed with the booking.

Split Week Booking Fee

Split Week refers to the option where a traveller chooses to split his/her entitlement into two (2) separate bookings.

Applicable to selected Worldwide Selection properties in MENA, RCIS, Asia and Turkey.

Breaks
Applicable per split stay for certain QVI Breaks packages. (Refer to the terms and conditions of your package for further details).

Cancellation Fee

$50

Applicable to Club members’ confirmed booking(s) at Home Resorts & Seasonal Collection properties if cancellation is made less than thirty (30) days prior to check-in date.

Important:

If the cancellation is made less than seven (7) days prior to
check-in date, the week entitlement will be forfeited and the fee will not apply.
QVI Breaks packages are non-cancellable.

Additional Information

Additional Guest Policy:

** Children from 0-5 years, sharing parent bed only. No additional charges.
**Children from 6 -12.00 years, sharing parent bed only. IR will be charged INR 800 per night/per unit or with extra bed IR will be charged INR 1500 per night/per room – Payable at the resort.

**Children from age 12 years with charges of INR 1800 per night with extra bed. Payable at the resort.

** The maximum occupancy limits are strictly enforced.

** Special or additional requests, please contact the hotel directly for arrangement and payment direct to the hotel.

** For late check-in, please call the hotel or via email to make the arrangement.

** Should guest arrival with more than the maximum occupancy, the hotel reserves the right to reject the Check-in and guest will have to bear any additional charges billed to them.

**Please be informed that outside food is not allowed inside the resort.
