What are QVI Home Resorts?
Home resorts are properties either fully or partially owned or invested in by QVI. We are happy to welcome you at:
What is a Split Week?
Split Week allows you to break a week of entitlement into two (2) stays – three (3) nights or four (4) nights.
What is a Guest Certificate?
Guest Certificate allows you to share your QVI Breaks week with your friends or family. However, the Guest Certificate Fee is waived for the following category of travellers: parents, spouse, and your kids, upon submission of supporting documents.
What is a Premium Booking Fee?
A Premium Booking Fee is a fee that may be required in particular cases such as (but not limited to) booking requests for specific travel dates/destinations, peak season travel periods, room/unit upgrade requests, etc.

What is included in my product?
QVI Breaks offers accommodation only. Kindly refer to your product’s terms and conditions for details.
Can I extend the validity of my QVI Breaks product?
Unfortunately, extending your QVI Breaks package beyond its expiry date is not permitted. The validity period of your package ranges from 1 to 3 years from the date of purchase, depending on your package type. Therefore, we advise you to travel within the package’s timeframe.
Can my family and friends travel using my QVI Breaks product?
Yes! Your family and friends can enjoy a holiday using your product by paying a Guest Certificate Fee.
How do I Book with QVI Breaks?
To make a booking, you can either call our Customer Care at +603 8605 3383 (International Line), email us at help@myqvi.com or submit a booking request form. Make sure to provide the following information:
- Your full name and IR ID.
- Your preferred travel dates.
- Your choice of resort(s) [we advise you to pick at least 2 choices in case of non-availability on your chosen dates].
- Number of travelers [Adults & Children (with ages)].
- Your contact number.
What is the maximum room occupancy?
QVI Breaks can accommodate up to 2 people per room.
Can I cancel my hotel reservation?
Any booking that has already been confirmed cannot be cancelled.
