Located on 5.7 acres on U.S. 192 in Kissimmee, Florida, Vacation Villas at Fantasy World II is approximately three miles from Walt Disney World.

The resort's amenities include a swimming pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, bathhouse, picnic area, barbecue grills, horseshoes and a children's playground. Laundry facilities are also conveniently located. Each tower one unit is a two-bedroom, three-bath, fully furnished and equipped unit. Each was designed as a "lock-off" unit that may be split into a one bedroom that sleeps four and a hotel room that sleeps two. The tower two and the newly completed tower three are also two-bedroom and three-bath "lock-out" units. They have an added feature of a wet bar including a microwave, small refrigerator, and a coffee maker in the second bedroom. This allows for two weeks of exchange through Interval International. One week as a one bedroom that sleeps four with the pull-out sofa bed, and another studio unit that comfortably sleeps two.

Fantasy World II is convenient to many of the area's attractions including Sea World, Universal Studios Florida and Downtown Disney, all within a 15-minute drive. Kissimmee is also close to both the east and west coast of Florida, so you can be on the Atlantic coast or a Gulf beach within an hour.
