Sea Spray, located close to the beach and elevated in Niantic, offers views and excellent value for people of all ages. SeaSpray consists of 108 attached condominiums, beautifully landscaped and conveniently located near town with convenient access to I-95. The townhouse style condominiums are spacious and available in one-, two-, or three-bedroom floor plans. The standard two-bedroom townhouse is 1448 square feet with two-and-a-half baths, an unfinished bonus room, and a garage or full basement offering additional storage for bikes, kayaks, and more. In addition, some of the units have an optional bathroom in the bonus space. The majority of units at SeaSpray are 2013 square feet with three-and-a-half baths.

SeaSpray is located directly on the beach of Long Island Sound. Spectacular views of picturesque Duck Island, a sailor's Mecca, are yours from a private deck. The eastern half of the town center is listed on the National Register of Historic Places as a historic district. The Clinton Historical Society runs the Buell Tool Museum and the Clinton Historical Society Museum in Andrews Memorial Town Hall. The society's 1750 Elisha White House (known as Old Brick), the oldest brick home between New Haven and New London, has antique furniture, paintings, toys and quilts. Clinton is known as the bluefish capital of the world and the host of the Bluefish Festival held annually.
