Sand and Surf Condominiums is a small family oriented resort situated at the quieter end of Daytona Beach, Florida. It's not fancy, but clean, comfortable and caring, where you and your family can enjoy Daytona's wonderful beach, the great seafood restaurants and many family oriented activities nearby. There are eight efficiency units that sleep four guests and are pool-side, plus two units that face north. The pool-side units overlook the ocean and have small balconies for great sunrises and early morning coffee. The one-bedroom units have one or two baths and are much roomier and provide space for families to enjoy being together. In addition to its prime location, the resort offers amenities, such as an outdoor heated pool, a tennis court, and picnic area. Daytona is famous not only for its sandy beaches, but also for the Daytona International Speedway, home to the Daytona 500 and Firecracker 400. Other races are scheduled throughout the year. Florida's popular sport of greyhound racing is also close by. For a daytrip, Orlando is less than two hours away. Other events in Daytona include spring break, Biketoberfest and car shows along with shopping and relaxing on the beach. You'll have a ball in Daytona!
