There is also plenty of outdoor activities in the area including kayaking down the Truckee River, thousands of mountain-biking and hiking trails, lakes perfect for fishing and boating, and skiing about an hour away in Tahoe. Back at Club Lakeridge, there are world class health and recreation facilities and the adjacent Lakeridge Tennis Club with 18 total tennis courts, racquetball, fitness center, an Olympic-sized pool, and an indoor lap pool. There are also two restaurants and discounts at the golf course.
