Newport Estates is a small, very quiet three-unit timeshare property. The property is located on Easton's Pond, a reservoir for the City of Newport, Rhode Island.

There is a beach pass to the Middletown Beaches for your use during your occupancy. On property, you can enjoy a game of tennis or relax in the outdoor pool that is open from Memorial Day to the middle of September.
