Tropic Sun Towers is located directly on the Atlantic Ocean in the quiet north end of the Daytona Beach Area, giving guests proximity to everything while providing a relaxing retreat on the beach.

Tropic Sun Towers features one- and two-bedroom condominiums. Amenities include a heated pool and spa, east and west sundeck areas, as well as shuffleboard courts, an exercise room and saunas. The resort is comprised of two buildings with a total of 84 units. All 56 one-bedroom units are oceanfront, 14 two-bedroom units are oceanfront and 14 of the two-bedroom units are oceanview, with seven facing south and seven facing the north. All units have TVs and DVD players and fully equipped kitchens. All condos above the first floor have private balconies. Tropic Sun Towers offers a range of amenities to help make your vacation more comfortable and enjoyable. A sun deck and rooftop terraces are available for you to relax, soak up the sun and/or read a book from the book exchange. Underground parking will keep your vehicle cool and comfortable.

While staying in Ormond Beach, expect to be lured by the ocean breeze, white sand and turquoise waters. Tropic Sun Towers sits right on the beach, offering guests quick, convenient access for strolling, sunbathing, swimming, and relaxing on one of Florida's destination beaches. Tropic Sun Towers makes a great home base for exploring other beaches along the A1A highway. Two other popular beach destinations are Daytona Beach and New Smyrna Beach, just minutes south. Some other attractions that you may want to include while visiting the area include historic St. Augustine, Walt Disney World and other theme parks in Orlando and Cape Canaveral.
