Our condominium complex is secluded and quiet. We are conveniently located with access to the freeway, shopping, restaurants, golf, a wellness center, tennis facilities and, if you brought your passport, side trips to Mexico. The South Padre Island beaches are approximately 25 miles away.

There is an unheated pool on site. All units have a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer and blender. There are also two television sets, cable TV, and a DVD. We have free movies for you to check out during your stay for your pleasure. We also offer complimentary Wi-Fi for each unit! All units have a sleeper sofa in the living room. The resort has two floors. It does not have any elevators. Unit numbers ending in an odd number are downstairs. Unit numbers ending in an even number are located upstairs. If you need a bottom floor unit, please choose a condo on the ground level. The units in the 600, 700 and 1100 series buildings are 1,150 square feet in size and have two bedrooms and two baths. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the second bedroom has twin beds.

Besides trips across the border or to the beach, you might enjoy a visit to famous King Ranch, a deep-sea fishing excursion, some fabulous dining opportunities, or golf on some great local courses.
