Steamboat Landing is a quiet 18-unit building along the Intracoastal Waterway, just three minutes from the famous sugar-white, soft and sandy beaches of Fort Walton, Florida.

Each unit at the resort offers air conditioning, two televisions with cable, a dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, a garbage disposal, a microwave and heating for cooler months. A telephone and VCR are also provided. The resort has barbecue facilities, an elevator, a games room, a heated indoor swimming pool and a sunny outdoor pool and a hot tub. You could also just relax and leisurely watch the boats at the doorstep. The resort has a dock and fishing pier for your use.

Steamboat Landing makes a great base from which to enjoy the area's golf, sport fishing, water parks and other attractions, or simply just to relax around the pools and watch the boats coming in to the pier.
