Sea Villas is situated on the broad sands of New Smyrna Beach, Florida, one of the most popular beaches on Florida's Atlantic coast.

Sea Villas is a community of 23 spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom vacation suites, all of which sleep up to six people. Each unit features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave oven, a separate dining area, a private porch or balcony, and cable televisions. Resort amenities consist of a heated swimming pool, a barbecue area, gazebo and direct beach access.

There's plenty for guests to do in the area, including casual and fine dining. Guests enjoy lighthouse tours and exploring the marine science center and the bird sanctuary. Golfers will enjoy taking some swings at any of the numerous local golf courses and country clubs. In the area, the fishing is great, and if you're up for a day trip, there are a number of great possibilities. Head inland to Orlando and sample the amazing Walt Disney World. Rollercoaster fans will love Universal Studios, and who doesn't love the seals, whales and dolphins at Sea World? While in Orlando, don't miss the thrill of two of the biggest and best designer outlet malls anywhere! There are great restaurants and water parks, too.

Split Week Booking Fee

Split Week refers to the option where a traveller chooses to split his/her entitlement into two (2) separate bookings.

Applicable per split stay for certain QVI Breaks packages. (Refer to the terms and conditions of your package for further details).

Cancellation Fee

$50

Applicable to Club members’ confirmed booking(s) at Home Resorts & Seasonal Collection properties if cancellation is made less than thirty (30) days prior to check-in date.

Important:

If the cancellation is made less than seven (7) days prior to
check-in date, the week entitlement will be forfeited and the fee will not apply.
QVI Breaks packages are non-cancellable.
