Upgrading to QVI Tripsavr (version 2.0) is only applicable for all existing members with a valid Tripsavr 1.0 account.
The upgrade from Tripsavr 1.0 to Tripsavr 2.0 is completely free of charge.

Any remaining Savings Dollars in your Tripsavr 1.0 account will be transferred to the new 2.0 account as follows:

No partial transfer of Savings Dollars is allowed.
Once the transfer is completed, no reversal will be allowed and your Tripsavr 1.0 account will automatically be deactivated.
Any reservations made under Tripsavr 1.0 will remain valid until the trip is complete.
For any cancellation and/or amendment of reservations made with Tripsavr 1.0, please email to help@myqvi.com.
Any data related to your Preferred Customers in your Tripsavr 1.0 account will not be transferred to Tripsavr 2.0.
After the migration process, your account will remain valid for five years starting from the migration date.
