Due to the adverse effects of the pandemic, we are encountering a larger than usual number of technical issues. These include but are not limited to:
- Hotel(s) being closed despite accepting reservation(s)
- Missing reservation(s) during check in
- Booking(s) being relocated to lower category hotel(s) without prior notice
Should you face any of the situations listed above while travelling with QVI, please note that these issues are a result of the prevailing economic and social climate due to the pandemic. We at QVI remain committed to ensuring that you receive the best possible holiday experience. If you are relocated to another hotel, we will try our utmost to provide you with a substitute of a similar or superior quality. On the rare occasion that we are unable to do so, you will be given back your entitlement and booking fees. We thank you for bearing with us during these tumultuous times and we wish you a very happy holiday!
