Travel Savings
What Are Travel Savings?
Travel Savings are online credits that allow you to enjoy discounted prices on accommodations, car rentals, tours, and activities offered on the booking platform. They are not real currency that can be used for any other transaction, and do not hold any value outside of the platform.
How do I use my Travel Savings?
When you make a reservation on the booking platform, you will be shown the Public Price (price available to the public) as well as the amount of Travel Savings that you are entitled to use to redeem a discounted price. Once your reservation is confirmed, the amount of Travel Savings used for that particular transaction will be deducted from your balance.
What if my Travel Savings balance is low or zero?
Feel free to top up your account anytime through our booking platform.
Can I let anyone use my account and spend my Travel Savings?
Yes. Feel free to let anyone enjoy the benefits of QVI Go. However, please note that QVI will not be held responsible for any misuse of your account.
Can I cash out the unused Travel Savings in my account?
No, Travel Savings have no cash surrender value, credit value, or other implied value.
Payments
What is a “Pay-at-Hotel” reservation?
The “Pay-at-Hotel” option allows you to secure your reservation without paying in advance. With this feature, you will be able to pay for your booking upon check-in. Please note that only credit card payments are accepted and will be used to guarantee the reservation.
What are the payment methods available when booking through our booking platform?
You can pay using any recognised credit card. Alternatively, you can use your e-Card to complete your reservation(s).
Does the room rate include taxes and fees?
Yes! However, please note that some charges such as: Nationality fee, Resort fee, Hotel parking fee, and City surcharges imposed by local government, may not be included in the quoted price and will be collected by the property during check-in.
Are the displayed room rates on the booking platform per person or per room?
The rates are per room. Please ensure that you input the correct number of guests associated with your booking as rates may change based on occupancy.

Is breakfast included in my reservation?
Breakfast is included for reservations where it is specifically mentioned.
What if I find a cheaper rate than the one offered on the booking platform?
If ever you find a better rate than the one offered on the booking platform, you may file your claim in the Price Guarantee module (found at the bottom of your dashboard upon logging in to your account) within 24 hours of completing your booking. After verification you will receive a refund of 110% of the price difference. Best Price Guarantee Product Terms and Conditions apply.
How do I cancel my reservation?
Once you log in to your account, complete the following steps:
  1. Go to your Dashboard
  2. Click on “View Reservations” located on the left-hand panel
  3. Select the reservation you intend to cancel
  4. Click the “Cancel” button next to the reservation
Once your reservation is cancelled, it cannot be reinstated.
If I cancel my reservation, will I get a refund?
It is okay to change your plans. However, refunds are subject to the cancellation policy of your reservation. Please read the cancellation policy carefully before submitting a reservation. Please note that there is no refund for the Travel Savings used for the reservation.
How can I view or manage my reservations?
You will find your booking history in your Dashboard, under “View Reservations”.
How can I contact the hotel or service provider regarding my reservation?
If you wish to contact them directly, their contact details are indicated in your confirmation voucher.

How can I become a member of QVI Go?
We would love to have you as a member! For help, simply reach out to our Customer Care at help@myqvi.com and we will advise you accordingly!
How can I log in to my account?
As a member, you need to fill in your Member ID and password on the following login page in order to access your account.

I did not receive my login credentials. What do I do now?
Remember to check your Spam/Junk mail folder just in case it was sent there! If you are still having trouble accessing your account, please contact our Customer Care at customercare@qvitripsavr.com.
How do I change or reset my password?
You can set a new password any time by using the "Forgot Password" option on the login page of the website.
What is the validity period of my account?
Your account on the online booking platform is valid for 5 years from the date of purchase.
What happens if my account expires?
Your account will automatically be deactivated when it reaches the expiry date. Once your account is deactivated, any balance of Travel Savings and/or Travel Credits in your account will be forfeited.
How to renew my account once it has expired?
Your account will automatically be renewed every time you purchase QVI Go. The expiry date of your account on the online booking platform will be 5 years from your last date of purchase.
Referral
How can I refer a friend?
If you are enjoying your experience with QVI Go, spread the love of travelling in 4 simple steps:
  1. Go to your Dashboard
  2. Click on the "Refer a Friend" button on the left-hand panel
  3. Fill in the form with your friend’s details
  4. Submit the form and an invitation email will be sent to your referral
By following these steps, you will be on your way to earning more special rewards.
How do I know if my referral has accepted my invitation?
You will find the list of Preferred Customer Invitations you have already sent on your Dashboard under "Refer a Friend". From there, you can follow the status of your pending invitations. In case you have not received any feedback from your referral, feel free to send them a reminder.
Travel Credits
What are Travel Credits?
Each time you make a booking, you will be rewarded with Travel Credits. Not only that, you will also earn whenever your Preferred Customers use their Travel Savings. You can use your earned Travel Credits to pay for your upcoming reservations. Or, you can also redeem your Travel Credits when it reaches $250.
How much Travel Credits will I earn for each booking?
Whether you are looking for hotels, car rentals, or activities, you will earn 1% Travel Credits from every confirmed booking. This reward is applicable when you pay using credit card or e-Card only. If you choose the “Pay-at-Hotel” option, you will get a 3% return in Travel Credits.
When will my Travel Credits be credited to my account?
Your Travel Credits will be credited into your account after you complete your stay.
When can I withdraw my Travel Credits?
You can withdraw your Travel Credits whenever you reach $250 or more.
How do I check my Travel Credits balance?
When you log in to your account, you will see your Travel Credits balance at the top-right corner of the page. For more details, go to your Dashboard and click on “Travel Credits” located on the left-hand panel to review your Travel Credits status and expiration date.
Getting Started
How can I become a Preferred Customer with QVI Go?
Registration is by invitation only. If you know someone who is an existing member of QVI Go, you can get him/her to send you an invitation.
After registration, what will I receive as a Preferred Customer?
If you are a Preferred Customer, you can either get some Travel Savings from your referral, or purchase them from the platform.
How can I log in to my account?
Use your registered e-mail address and password on the following login page in order to access your account.
Your Invitation
Can I forward my invitation to someone else who is interested?
Yes, you can if you are not registering. Once the activation link is used, it cannot be reused.
What is the validity period of the invitation link?
The invitation is valid for 30 days from the date of the invitation email.
Your Account
How do I change or reset my password?
You can change or reset your password at any time by clicking the “Forgot Password” option on the login page of the website.
What is the validity period of my free Tripsavr account?
Preferred Customer accounts are valid for 6 months from the date of registration.
Your Account
Can my family and friends travel using my prepaid stays on QVI Go?
Yes, your family and friends can enjoy a holiday using your prepaid stays on QVI Go! Please note that a Guest Certificate Fee of USD 50 will be applicable.
Can I extend the validity of my prepaid stays?
Depending on the product purchased, the validity period will vary between 1 to 2 years from your date of purchase. We recommend that you travel within this time frame as no extension will be allowed after the expiration date.

What is the maximum occupancy in a room?
We can accommodate up to two (2) people per room for prepaid stays. Please refer to QVI Go Product Rules.

What are QVI Home Resorts?
QVI Home Resorts are properties that are partially or fully owned by QVI. We are happy to welcome you at:

  • One @Bukit Ceylon - Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
What is a Split Week?
This option allows you to break a week of entitlement into two (2) vacation periods - three (3) nights or four (4) nights.
What is a Guest Certificate?
Guest Certificate allows you to share your entitlement with your friends or family. It costs USD50 only. However, the Guest Certificate Fee is waived for the following category of travellers: parents, spouse, and kids above 18 years, upon submission of supporting documents.
What is a Premium Booking Fee (formerly known as Premium Xchange Fee)?
A Premium Booking Fee may be required in particular cases such as (but not limited to) booking requests for specific travel dates/destinations, peak season travel periods, room/unit upgrade requests, etc. This fee is only applicable should the member choose to proceed with the booking.
